THE OPPORTUNITY
Seeking independent, full-time CRNAs to join a high‑functioning Anesthesia team.
- Flexible scheduling promoting strong work/life balance
- Reasonable caseload with supportive team dynamics
- Bread‑and‑butter cases, healthy peds; no neuro or cardiac
- Up to 10 weeks of vacation
- Open to both new graduates and experienced CRNAs
- Current Oregon license preferred
- ACLS and PALS required
- Opportunity to support affiliated surgery centers

Specialties Supported Orthopedics, General, GYN, ENT, GI, Urology, L&D
Case Mix
- Bread‑and‑butter anesthesia including healthy peds, general, OB, GI, total joints, Level III trauma
- No neonates, hearts, thoracic, neuro, or transplants
- Home‑call model with minimal burden
