Locum CRNA Needed in Putnam, CT!

8-hour shifts. OT available!

Case mix: general and colorectal, OB&GYN, URO, Orthopedics, Cataracts, pacemakers, cardioversions, TEE and GI. No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts, no peds

Call is not required, but available if desired

Practice Model: 4 MDs, 3 CRNAs

EMR: Paper charging

Lodging stipend, Car/Mileage Stipend, Flight covered.

30-60 day credential w/ CT license in hand.

40 hour weekly minimum pay guarantee

*CT License preferred

*Will take full time locums or 2 consecutive weeks per month (full time locums needed for $15k bonus)
