Anthracite Anesthesia Consultants is a Northeast Pennsylvania–based, CRNA‑owned and CRNA‑managed anesthesia practice dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across a wide network of ambulatory surgery centers.
Our group provides anesthesia services throughout Berks, Northampton, Bucks, Philadelphia, Dauphin, Cumberland, Lancaster, Luzerne, Montgomery, and Schuylkill counties, supporting facilities with reliable, highly skilled anesthesia professionals.

We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced and reliable CRNAs to join our anesthesia team to cover ASCs in the Harrisburg / Carlisle region.
This role offers consistent 8‑hour day shifts with competitive 1099 compensation.
Position Overview
-8‑hour day shifts
-No nights, weekends, or call
-Flexible scheduling
-Collaborative anesthesia care team environment,
-CRNA-only settings with full practice autonomy
-Caseloads are only GI (colonoscopy and endoscopy) or eyes (two different ASCs)
-Fast onboarding/credentialing
-Compensation
-$1800/day guaranteed as a 1099 contractor
-Biweekly payment
Requirements
-Active Pennsylvania CRNA license
-Carry own Malpractice Coverage Policy (will provide coverage if committing to a consistent schedule)
-Current ACLS/BLS
-Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
-Strong communication and independent practice skills
