Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) | $235K-$354K+ | $50K Sign-On | Youngstown, OH

  • Employed base salary: $235,000-$354,000+ (40-54 hrs/wk, 6-9 weeks vacation)

  • Overtime available at premium rates

  • Full-time 1099 options available

Flexible scheduling: 8s, 10s, 12s, 24s, and no call shifts offered- craft the work-life balance you deserve

Broad, high-acuity case mix: OB (including high-risk deliveries), pediatrics, neurosurgery, vascular, Level II trauma, orthopedics, complex general surgery, and sedation services.

Location: Youngstown - 60 minutes from Cleveland & Pittsburgh, low cost of living, four-season outdoor lifestyle

Role & Autonomy: Practice full-scope CRNA care in a collaborative, physician-supported model. Independently manage pre-op assessments, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-op recovery across diverse cases. Respond to emergent airways, place regional blocks, and lead resuscitation efforts in a high-volume environment. Document thoroughly, drive quality improvement projects, and mentor peers in a culture that rewards initiative and clinical mastery.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited CRNA program (new grads encouraged)

  • NBCRNA certification + Ohio licensure (or eligible)

  • Exceptional decision-making, communication, and adaptability
