CRNA Together is seeking a board-certified CRNA for a 1099 locum tenens opportunity in Chicago, IL at Loyola University Medical Center.

Ideal candidates will have an active IL state license and no malpractice or disciplinary history, and ongoing availability.

Candidates must be local.

· 1099 Rate: $250/hr

Daily Schedule: 8s, 10s, and 12s potentially available moving forward.

· Case Types: General, ortho, EP Lab, GI, ENT, etc.

· Skills/Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS

· Credentialing Timeline: 30-90 days
