Description
Our client is seeking CRNAs to join their independent practice team.

Details:
Practice Setting: Independent CRNA practice, with physician backup as needed
Facilities: Hospital environment + occasional coverage at ASC
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (approx. 3 months, can be expedited)
Schedule
New grads: start with 5x8s until oriented
Experienced: mix of 12s + 24-hr OB shifts
Minimal call: ~248 hrs of backup weekend call/year, shared across CRNAs
Vacation: 6 weeks for new grads, flexible for experienced CRNAs
Perm1099 and W2 options include health insurance (ICHRA), 25% fully vested retirement, profit-sharing bonuses, malpractice, PTO
Signing Bonus: $25K per year of commitment
Clinical Environment:
Case mix: Heavy ortho (with blocks), spine, general surgery, OB (~400 deliveries/year and growing)
No cardiac; CRNAs perform any case they’re comfortable with
Independent practice model with back-up MD support, 100% solo cases
Team mix: ~8 MDs + ~6 CRNAs onsite daily
