Location: Southwest Wisconsin
Contract: Locum
Rate: $275/hour for urgent need in June. $250/hour for July-End of the year (paid travel, lodging, and malpractice included)
Case Mix: Regional blocks, spinals, epidurals, general MAC, ortho, general surgery, podiatry, and eyes/cataracts, OB coverage - epidurals and C section
Facility: Independent Practice
Coverage:
- Monday-Friday; 7:00am-3:30pm
- Call: N/A
Requirements:
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation
