Join a collaborative, clinician-led team at a large, high-acuity facility where you’ll supervise experienced CRNAs and work across a diverse case mix.
This is an ideal setup for physicians who want structure, strong compensation, and coastal living without sacrificing clinical variety.
Position Details:
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
- $650K+ compensation
- Additional shifts available at $300/hr
- Supervision model with highly skilled CRNAs
- Bread-and-butter cases plus neuro, ortho, ENT, GYN, and more
- CV available but not required
Lifestyle & Practice:
Enjoy a predictable rotation that allows you to fully disconnect every fourth week.
While working, you’ll have backup call only with very limited callbacks annually.
