Compensation & Benefits:

• $320,000 base compensation

• $40,000 Signing Bonus - 12 month commitment

• $12,000 Annual Quality Bonus

• $15,000 Annual Retention Bonus

• Additional pay for call (2nd Call) with min call back

• Pick up extra days for additional compensation

• 8 weeks time off

• Malpractice and tail coverage included
