The Opportunity

A well-established, independent anesthesia group in the Quad Cities area of Illinois is seeking an experienced CRNA to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned CRNA who values clinical autonomy, exceptional compensation, and true work-life balance. You will work independently across a full-service hospital, two ambulatory surgery centers, and a GI suite - with the option to pick up voluntary call for additional income on your own terms. Compensation

Base Compensation: $375,000 annually
Additional Income: Voluntary call available to earn above base

Practice Coverage

Full-service community hospital
Two ambulatory surgery centers
GI suite
Optional coverage in Iowa for additional earning potential
Case Mix

General Surgery
Orthopedics
Urology
OB - epidurals and spinals required
No cardiac cases
No neuro/spine cases
Qualifications

Current CRNA certification - required
Experienced CRNAs only - this is an independent practice position
Active Illinois CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Iowa CRNA license a plus - or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent, autonomous practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
