Compensation Options
W-2 Option:
Base Salary: $225,000 – $240,000 annually - commensurate with experience
Daily Bonus: $800 – $850 per day worked - paid monthly
Total Compensation: $400,000 – $444,000 annually at full schedule
Malpractice Insurance - covered
CEU, licensure, and DEA renewal - reimbursed
Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
PTO and major holidays - included
All equipment, medications, supplies, and software - provided
Estimated benefits value: $20,000 – $30,000 annually
1099 Option:
$1,800 – $2,000 per day - commensurate with experience
Total Compensation: $432,000 – $480,000 annually at full schedule
All supplies, medications, equipment, and software provided - no out-of-pocket practice expenses
Currently 2 days per week with additional contracts actively in negotiation - clear path to full 5-day schedule

You will have the flexibility to work across locations or focus on your preferred area based on scheduling needs and personal preference.
What You'll Do
You will provide comprehensive anesthesia care for pediatric dental patients - including pre-operative assessments, sedation administration, continuous monitoring during procedures, and post-operative recovery oversight. Working collaboratively with experienced pediatric dentists and support staff you will ensure each child receives safe and compassionate care in a non-threatening environment tailored specifically for young patients.
Qualifications
MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
Pediatric anesthesia experience valued but not required - the right attitude and commitment to excellence matter most
Comfortable working in a mobile office-based dental setting
Excellent communication skills with children and families
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
South Carolina medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
