Per Diem Physical Therapy Assistant

Type of Work: Travel contract

Set up : SNF or Skilled Nursing Rehabilitation

Location - Santa Clara, CA

Educational Requirement:

Bachelors or masters in Physical Therapy Assistant

Experience and Licensing Requirements:

Minimum 1 year working in SNF setting and experience in Net Health
New graduates are welcome to apply too
California state Physical Therapist Assistant License
CPR Certification

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (“PTA”) provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a licensed physical therapist, the PTA evaluates and treats patients/residents, communicates with their families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintains all necessary documentation of services in the patient’s medical records.
