hospitals, 3 office-based practices, and 7 surgery centers across Delaware and
southeastern Pennsylvania. Our diverse case mix includes: Orthopedics,
Plastics, Neurosurgery, Bariatrics, ENT, Urology, Trauma, Labor & Delivery
and more. We have a separate specialized cardiac team that covers Open Heart,
Structural Heart (TAVRs, Mitral clips), EP, and TEVARs. 100% supervision, no
solo cardiac cases. Option for cardiac call only or hybrid cardiac/main OR
    call.

    options

self-scheduled vacation and low volume of off-hours cases

    (competitive per diem) rate

Our prime location in northern Delaware is in the heart
of the beautiful Brandywine River Valley, only a 40-minute commute from Center
City Philadelphia and a 30-minute commute from top Philadelphia suburbs like
Media, Garnet Valley and Kennett Square. The greater Philly area is a prime
location on the East Coast, less than 2 hours by car/train from major cities
such as Washington, D.C., Baltimore and New York, and an hour from both beach
& mountain resort areas. With a lower cost of living than many other metropolitan
areas and nationally renowned school systems, northern Delaware &
southeastern Pennsylvania are an ideal setting for new graduates &
    experienced applicants alike.

Due to the relocation of a current cardiac team member
and increasing demand for our cardiac service line, we are actively recruiting
up to two cardiac fellowship-trained anesthesiologists with TEE certification,
including those currently enrolled in accredited training programs. Start date
is negotiable, but preference is for December 2024/January 2025.

Our physician team, trained in top residency programs,
enjoys multiple opportunities for professional growth, leadership and business
skill development. We enjoy working in a collaborative and progressive
Anesthesia Care Team Model, with a robust clinical support team including
ASPA's own techs, RNs and NPs to improve workflow & help the days run
smoothly. Our exceptional administrative support team makes credentialing,
scheduling, and benefits simple and easy to navigate. A unique, tailored
on-boarding and training program for new graduates makes adapting to a private
practice role after residency easy and supportive. The opportunity to take your
anesthesia career to the next level is waiting - contact us to learn more!
