This means that we have the support of a larger group for billing, negotiations, benefits, malpractice, etc but we retain autonomy locally.

About the job: Salaried position with fair distribution of call and cases.
Diverse case mix including cardiac, peds, trauma, regional.
No OB.

Ability to be w2 or 1099 with the benefits available in either position.
Employer payroll taxes paid by company for 1099 positions.
NO 24 hour calls!
Come in late when on call with guaranteed post call day off (no night float!) Average 3-4 weekday calls per month, 1 weekend a month evenly distributed per FTE. 12 weeks PTO available immediately.
