This CRNA role is ideal for providers who want a clean, bread-and-butter practice with no OB, no call, and flexible shift options including 8s, 10s, 12s, or optional 24-hour shifts for a compressed week.
CRNAs here enjoy predictable clinical days, a nice degree of autonomy and the ability to scale income, with many experienced clinicians earning toward the $450
Ks–$500K range without much overtime.
Six-figure bonuses are available for both new graduates and experienced providers, and structured escalators increase your base rate early in your tenure.
