USAP–Tennessee serves the greater Nashville market with a collaborative team of more than 300 anesthesiologists and CRNAs, providing care across multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers throughout Middle Tennessee.
This position is open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates.
Opportunities are available downtown at Centennial Medical Center and Saint Thomas Midtown, as well as at various surrounding hospitals.
This position includes full medical benefits, a sign-on bonus, paid time off, and a schedule designed to support work-life balance.
1.
Work Schedule Options:
4 days per week, with a *preferred day off
Alternatively, work 5 days per week for 4 weeks, followed by 1 week off

Call Requirements:
13 weekends per year
0.8 equivalent of weekday call
*May depend on individual availability

Sign-On Bonus: $40,000
