Location: Silvis, Illinois Area | Employment Type: Full-Time, 1099 | Compensation: $800,000 β $925,000+
The Opportunity
A well-established, independent anesthesia group in the Quad Cities area of Illinois is seeking a skilled and experienced General Anesthesiologist to join their team. This is a rare opportunity offering immediate partnership with no buy-in, outstanding fee-for-service compensation, and the ability to do all your own cases in a collaborative, physician-owned environment. With coverage spanning a full-service hospital, two plastic surgery centers, and a GI suite, you will enjoy tremendous clinical variety and professional autonomy every day. Partnership: Immediate - no buy-in required
Call Schedule: Every 7th night with post-call day off
Licenses Required: Illinois medical license required; Iowa license a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology - required
Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
Iowa medical license a plus - or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with epidurals and spinals - required
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to independent practice and patient safety
Collegial team player with excellent communication skills
Equitable practice clinically and fiancially
