Mix: urology, ortho, gyn, general, vascular, cardiac, ENT, plastics, ophtho, ECT, IR, MRI, GI, pulmonary, cath lab.

No OB, no neuro heads, yes cardiac cases.

🏥 Schedule:

Mon–Thurs: 0630–1500, Fri: 0730–1600.

Only 8-hr shifts; no 10/12-hr.

No call, no in-house/night shifts, not required after hours.

Facility Details:

Independent Practice

10 ORs + 5 non-OR sites.

~23 cases/month/FTE.

CRNAs under physician supervision (1:2–3 ratio).

No trauma services.

All inclusive rate
