Description

CENTRAL ANESTHESIA SERVICE EXCHANGE Medical Group (CASE) has been recognized as the premier provider of Pediatric Anesthesia care in the Sacramento region for more than 40 years!
Our Pediatric subgroup is a physician-only, pediatric-focused team within CASE Medical Group — a 110-member, physician-owned anesthesia practice serving Sutter hospitals and surgery centers in Sacramento.
We are seeking anesthesiologists who are passionate about pediatric care and interested in a rare opportunity to join a dedicated pediatric-only private practice in Northern California.
Practice Overview:
*Physician-only private practice within CASE
*100% pediatrics across all service lines (general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, cardiac care, acute pain, GI, oncology, dentistry, ophthalmology)
  • Approximately 5,500 pediatric anesthetics annually across two dedicated pediatric ORs, one outpatient room, and off-site pediatric services
*Balanced
Call schedule: approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every four weeks
*Collegial, transparent, physician-led culture with equitable scheduling and strong onboarding support
Hospital Partnership:
*Sutter Sacramento Children’s Center – 224 beds including neonatal, pediatric oncology, intensive care, and cardiac services
*Dedicated pediatric specialty nurses, anesthesia techs, and Child Life support specialists
*Longstanding partnership with Sutter Medical Center and neighboring surgery centers
Financial & Professional Strength:
*Productivity-based compensation model: approximately $650,000–$850,000 annually, depending on days worked and call
*Sign-On Bonus: Up to $120,000
*Two-year path to shareholder status
