Provider Expectations

Providers are expected to work the full scheduled shift as outlined below:

8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Providers must be actively working for the entire scheduled shift, excluding the unpaid lunch break, for a total of 8 hours worked per day.
