Multi-Facility Anesthesia CRNA (Locum)

URGENT – IMMEDIATE NEED – JUNE 1ST START

Candidates must be willing to cross-credential and work at all 4 facilities as needed:

• Prince William Medical Center

• Prince William Surgery Center

• Haymarket Medical Center

• Haymarket Surgery Center

Privileging Details:

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days

• Emergency privileges (under 30 days) and temporary privileges (30–60 days) available for CLEAN files

Clinical Details:

• Case Types: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics

• Board Certification Required: BCRNA

• Candidates needing a state license will not be considered

Schedule:

• 10-hour or 12-hour shifts required

• No overtime expected

• Day shifts only

• No call responsibilities

Practice Setting:

• Charting System: Epic

• 22 anesthesia rooms

• MD supervision model

• MD to CRNA ratio: 1:4

• MDs also perform their own cases
