The Fayetteville Ambulatory Surgery Center has been providing excellent clinical care with a focus on safety, comfort and convenience for over 43 years. Their 11 operating rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and equipment for a variety of specialties and procedures. Our anesthesiologists, CRNAs and CAAs work in an anesthesia care team model approach. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards
1099 Rate: $175 per hour
Awards/Recognition
- Fully accredited by Department of Health and Human Services and The Joint Commission.
- Case assignments: Ortho, General, GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Vascular, Urology
- Pre-anesthesia assessment
- Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
- Performance of clinical intervention as needed
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm. No nights, weekends or holidays!
- Master’s Degree from an Accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant Program
- Complies with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants licensure guidelines
- Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an "S" Corp or "C" Corp
- Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits
