Leadership Opportunity for a Full Time Chief CRNA at the Surgery Center of Naples, in beautiful Naples, Florida. The Surgery Center of Naples is an Ambulatory Surgical Center of America Company. Salary: $230K with Additional Chief Stipend

Responsibilities
  • Case assignments: Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Cosmetics, Endo/EGD and Urology.
  • Pre-anesthesia assessment
  • Obtains and/or verifies patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
  • Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
  • Performance of clinical intervention as needed
Requirements
  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
  • Proven Leadership Skills
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Relationship/Team building abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
Salary: $230K
Additional Chief Stipend
Sign On Incentives: $75K for 3 year commitment; Loan Repayment options available
