Dates Needed: ASAP for 6 months to start and rotation.

Provider may rotate amongst the 3 campuses (all Lehigh)

Preferred Schedule: 7:00a - 5:30p. 8 to 10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week.

Must Be Open to working Fridays.

No Call.

No guaranteed hours.

Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Outpatent

Scope of Work: MAC, General Anes

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active PA license, DEA, NBCRNA certification

EMR: EPIC
