Locum Anesthesiologist Opportunity – South Central Pennsylvania / Maryland Border Area
Zeal Medical Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a full-time locum opportunity at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in South Central Pennsylvania, near the Maryland border.
Position Details:
📍 South Central Pennsylvania / Maryland border area
📅 Start: November 2026
📆 Contract through March 2027 with potential to extend
⏰ Monday–Friday
🕐 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
🏥 5x8-hour shifts
📞 No call
🚫 No weekends
✈️ Travel reimbursement provided
🛡️ Malpractice insurance provided
Practice Details:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Medical direction
• Broad outpatient case mix
• No cardiac or OB
• Significant orthopedic volume
• Regional block proficiency required
• Patient population includes all ages, primarily ages 1+
• EMR: Epic
Requirements:
• Board Certified in Anesthesiology – BC required
• Active Pennsylvania license OR IMLC Letter of Qualification
• Active DEA
• ACLS, BLS & PALS
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Strong orthopedic and regional block experience required
This is a great opportunity for an Anesthesiologist looking for a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no call or weekends in an outpatient setting.
