This is a premier opening for an Anesthesiologist seeking a high-quality lifestyle without the demands of a traditional hospital setting. The position focuses on a broad scope of outpatient surgery cases, including GI, Orthopedics, Pain Management, GYN, Podiatry, and Eye Surgery.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM to 3:00/4:00 PM.

• Weekend Requirement: One Saturday per month.

• Balance: No traditional call, no nights, and no Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia for a diverse range of scheduled outpatient procedures.

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop individualized anesthetic plans.

• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) utilizing current techniques.

• Manage patient emergence and oversee post-anesthesia care in the recovery unit.

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and facility staff to maintain optimal patient throughput and safety.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).

• Board Certification or Eligibility (ABA/AOBA) in Anesthesiology.

• Current and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility for licensure).

• Strong clinical skills in an outpatient case mix (Ortho, GI, Regional).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to clinical excellence.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-Time Salary: $450,000 – $550,000 annually.
