Types of Cases: ENDO, ENT, GYN, IR, Total Joints, Plastics, Podiatry, Spine, Urology; Obstetrics; Orthopedics; General Surgery; high-volume Outpatient

Credentialing: Must attend orientation on the 4th Friday @ 07:30; standard hospital onboarding

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Anesthesiology (MD/DO) or CRNACertifications: [BLS/ACLS/DEA; add PALS/NRP if required by site]Licensure: Active Florida license
