Care Team Model: 2 MD, 6 CRNA
100% supervision
Coverage:
- Main OR; Monday-Friday
  - 8hr - 7:00am-3:00pm
  - 10hr - 7:00am-5:00pm
  - 12hr 7:00am-7:00pm
- OB; Monday-Friday & Weekends
  - Monday-Friday 24hr
  - Saturday and Sunday 24hr
