Wave Health Partners is excited to share a new CRNA opportunity with you.

Opportunity Highlights:

- Location: Near Jacksonville, FL (Travel between two locations)
- Contract: Locum (20 shifts/month)
- Rate: $220/hr
- Care Team Model: 1:3 or 1:4
- Case Mix:
- Surgery Center: 100% Ortho
- Hospital: Ortho, General, GYN, GI, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, Neuro
- Coverage:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5x8 schedule)
- Rotating between Surgery Center (1–2 days/week) and Hospital (3–4 days/week)
- Call: None
- EMR: SIS (Surgery Center), Cerner (Hospital)

Requirements:

- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Florida license upon presentation
- Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS
