Description

Practice Setting:
15 ORs, 4 of those are at the OSC.
CRNAs also provide anesthetizing resources to Endo which has 4 suites, Cath Lab, IR, Radiology and Cancer Care.
Practice under Medical Direction but still some autonomy
Level II trauma hospital.
Epic experience preferred
Bread and Butter cases; Ortho, ENT, GI, Women's health- possibly epidurals and regional blocks- will be working/Supervision with Anesthesiologist.
8hr guaranteed shifts/ Also open to 10hr shifts
Assignment Reimbursement Schedule:
$250.00/hr with an 8-hour daily min M-F.
OR open to 10's
$260.00/hr for any hours worked over 8 hours/ or 10 hr scheduled shift.
Don't expect a ton of OT for this assignment.
Round trip mileage from the provider’s home base to facility
Daily mileage to/from the hospital is not reimbursed.
Lodging reimbursed at approved hotels and/or housing stipend allowed
Rental vehicle approved with receipts.
Rental reimbursement rates:
$159/night for lodging……and have to provide receipt……$120/night stipend and no receipt is ok.
$1000 cap for round trip economy airfare
