Location: Dickson, TN (45 minutes west of Nashville)
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a well-established oral surgery ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in Dickson, Tennessee, conveniently located just 45 minutes west of Nashville.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality outpatient surgical setting providing anesthesia care for pediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery patients.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative, patient-focused CRNA who values efficiency, safety, and excellent clinical outcomes in an ASC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric and adult patients undergoing dental and oral/maxillofacial surgical procedures
-Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
-Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
-Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures
-Manage airway, ventilation, and hemodynamic stability
-Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure smooth patient recovery
-Collaborate closely with oral surgeons, dental providers, and ASC clinical staff
-Maintain accurate, timely anesthesia documentation
-Adhere to all facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Case Mix:
-Pediatric dentistry
-Oral and maxillofacial surgery
-Outpatient, ASC-based procedures
Schedule & Work Environment:
Full-time position
ASC setting with predictable workflow
No inpatient rounding
No overnight shifts
Team-oriented, supportive clinical environment
Qualifications
Current CRNA certification
Active or eligible Tennessee license
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
