Responsibilities
Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of cases within a GI center.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Administer and monitor anesthesia safely, ensuring patient comfort during endoscopic and procedural cases.
Manage patients effectively in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and adhere to all facility protocols.
Collaborate with the surgical and nursing teams to ensure an efficient clinical flow.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Valid and unrestricted Illinois license (or eligibility for licensure).
Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage cases independently.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Compensation: $350,000 on a 1099 basis.

Contractor Status: As a 1099 contractor, providers have the flexibility to manage their own benefits while maximizing their gross income potential.
