Opportunity
The practice is currently seeking a Full-Time CRNA for a lifestyle-oriented role with a primary focus on Orthopedics (total joints, hands, and sports medicine). This is a Monday through Friday position with no call and no weekends, making it one of the most desirable opportunities in the region.

Responsibilities
Provide autonomous anesthesia services for a diverse surgical mix, with a heavy emphasis on Orthopedics.
Manage anesthetic plans for total joint replacements, sports medicine, and hand surgeries.
Perform pre-operative assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.
Monitor intraoperative vitals and manage emergence and recovery in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Regional Techniques: Utilize and manage regional anesthesia; prior regional experience is a major plus.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient facility throughput.
Qualifications
Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.
Valid Registered Nurse license and APRN recognition in the State of Florida.
Strong clinical skills in a variety of cases (Ortho, ENT, GYN, General).
Proficiency or strong interest in regional anesthesia techniques.
Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
