Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia services for a diverse surgical mix, with a heavy emphasis on Orthopedics.

• Manage anesthetic plans for total joint replacements, sports medicine, and hand surgeries.

• Perform pre-operative assessments and develop patient-specific anesthetic plans.

• Monitor intraoperative vitals and manage emergence and recovery in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

• Regional Techniques: Utilize and manage regional anesthesia; prior regional experience is a major plus.

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and nursing staff to ensure safe and efficient facility throughput.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.

• Valid Registered Nurse license and APRN recognition in the State of Florida.

• Strong clinical skills in a variety of cases (Ortho, ENT, GYN, General).

• Proficiency or strong interest in regional anesthesia techniques.

• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
