This is a premier clinical opening for a CRNA looking to practice in a 100% autonomous environment with complete functional independence. The position features a diverse and highly stable B&B caseload that includes OB, pediatrics, regional anesthesia, urology, endoscopy, GYN, pain sedation, orthopedics, and outpatient surgery.

Case Scope: Robust B&B mix (OB, peds, regional, urology, endo, GYN, pain sedation, ortho, and outpatient surgery).
Availability: Both full-time and flexible locum tenens positions are actively open.
Practice Setting: Fast-paced, efficient community surgical environments.
Responsibilities
Provide, manage, and tailor advanced anesthesia care autonomously across the full spectrum of surgical specialties listed above.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments, review medical histories, and formulate individualized anesthetic plans.
Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, ensuring maximum patient comfort and physiological stability throughout the perioperative period.
Manage clinical workflows and patient recovery within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic patient records.
Work independently and efficiently to support smooth room turnarounds and predictable surgical flow.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons and surgical team members while fully maintaining your autonomous scope of practice.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Valid and unrestricted Texas RN/APRN license (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
Proven ability to practice autonomously and manage a diverse, multi-specialty caseload independently.
Strong, demonstrable clinical skills in regional block techniques, pediatric care, and OB anesthesia.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
