Responsibilities

• Provide and manage anesthesia care autonomously for a consistent volume of gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures.

• Conduct focused pre-anesthetic patient evaluations and establish safe, individualized anesthetic plans.

• Administer and safely monitor anesthesia throughout the duration of each procedure.

• Direct and manage patient care within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete patient clinical records.

• Work independently and efficiently to support a smooth daily facility workflow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and current national certification by the NBCRNA.

• Valid, unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse in the state of North Carolina.

• Significant prior experience as a CRNA is required to support a fully independent, solo-covered practice model.

• Proven clinical proficiency in providing specialized anesthesia for high-volume GI settings.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
