Position Highlights
Team Structure:
Care team manage daily bread-and-butter OR surgeries across four operating rooms, supported by skilled surgeons and staff.
OVERTIME FOR OVER 40 hours a week!!
Case mix excludes heads, hearts, and trauma.
Call Schedule
Call is every fourth week, covering Monday to Thursday, 7 PM to 7 AM.
No daytime work during your call week.
No call responsibilities for the remaining three weeks each month.
Work-Life Balance:
On non-call weeks, you go home as soon as your cases are done.
A predictable and sustainable schedule ensures you have ample time to enjoy life outside of work.
