Cases: General and colorectal, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, ortho, spine fusions, eyes, pacemakers, cardioversions - No heads/neuro, no traumas, no open hearts, no peds

Facility: 104-bed acute care community hospital : 5 ORs - 4 MDs & 3 CRNAs

Model: Supervision

Charting: Paper

Credentialing: 30-60 days
