GI Anesthesia CAA

Expanding anesthesia group seeking full time GI ONLY CAA for busy GI Department in St.
Louis county starting at $240k.
CAA will work with multiple GI providers performing a variety of outpatient and inpatient cases.
SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday working 8am to 4pm.
Salary and Benefits:
*Competitive salary starting at $240k.
*$20k sign-on bonus with 2 year FT commitment
*No call.
*No scheduled weekends.
*Hospital holidays off.
*Six weeks Vacation (increases to 7 weeks after 10 year anniversary)
*Retirement: 401K matching and profit-sharing contributions up to 13.4% of gross income (not base salary)

For those wanting to make extra above starting salary, OT opportunities available in GI after 4pm or in the general OR on weekends.
OT rates are competitive to the area and not based on minimum hours worked.

Work Dynamics:
CAA will work with the support of ACT model in a 4:1 ratio.
Anesthesiologist in the department and will pre op and post op all patients.
We are a diverse group of providers including anesthesiologists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and anesthesiologist assistants.
We work closely with one another and have an ACT approach to providing the best care to our patients.
