Premier’s care team model is designed for Anesthesiologists and CRNAs to work together as clinical partners whereby CRNAs work with a high degree of autonomy.

We are seeking individuals with experience in all aspects of anesthesia, perioperative management including obstetrical anesthesia, regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks.

We realize not all CRNAs have had the opportunity and may not feel comfortable with their skill sets to perform spinals, epidurals or peripheral nerve blocks etc….

Not a problem, your team will support and mentor you until you are competent.

CRNAs must have professional interpersonal skills, high degree of emotional intelligence and expect to be part of an efficient, flexible, and service-oriented team.
