- Allina Health Cambridge Medical Center is a thriving community hospital just north of Minneapolis MN
- Current surgical volumes: about 4,000 cases per year
- Affiliated with Allina Health, the Minneapolis/St. Paul region’s top non-profit, physician-led health system
- Peel system
- Desirable case mix – lots of orthopedic surgery and general surgery, plus some ENT, Uro, Gyn, Endo, Robotics, etc. No OB, no heads, no hearts.
- Hybrid of medical direction and independent CRNA coverage
- Highly competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $305-325K+, with additional lucrative earnings available
- Up to $80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
- Employed position with comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, generous 5% retirement contribution, 37-42+ days of PTO & CME, + 2 weeks of Caregiver Leave, fertility/family building help, 20 days of childcare – all the expected perks & then some
