Description
- The Nashville VA Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our growing Anesthesia Service in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee.
- Primary focus on cardiac anesthesia, including CABG, valve surgery, TAVR, and other complex cardiac procedures in an academic, team-based environment.
- Collaborative practice with surgeons, cardiologists, intensivists, and CRNAs to provide high quality, evidence based perioperative care.
- Participation in preoperative assessment, intraoperative management, postoperative care, and critical care as needed.
- Competitive salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience (aligned with VA anesthesiologist compensation in Nashville).
- Eligibility for annual performance bonus and regular salary increases, consistent with VA physician pay practices.
- Up to 50–55 days of paid time off per year (annual leave, sick leave, paid federal holidays, and potential paid CME time).
