  • Annual Salary: Starting at $260,000+ per year, based on experience and credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) for a wide range of surgical and obstetrical procedures.

  • Perform pre-anesthesia patient evaluations and develop personalized anesthetic care plans.

  • Monitor patient vitals intraoperatively with clinical precision, adjusting anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and surgical efficacy.

  • Provide expert emergence and post-anesthesia care (PACU) support.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in accordance with facility and state standards.

  • Collaborate professionally with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative nursing team to ensure seamless operating room workflow.

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.

  • Active certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.

  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency in managing a diverse B&B caseload, including OB and pediatrics.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative anesthesia care team model.

  • Ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced surgical setting.
