• Case Mix: Orthopedic, Pain Management, Spine, and Podiatry procedures.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday only.

Responsibilities

• Independently administer and manage anesthesia for various outpatient surgical procedures.

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.

• Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care (PACU).

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons and nursing staff in an efficient ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).

• National certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Strong clinical skills in managing anesthesia for outpatient ortho and spine cases.

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary (Full-Time): $280,000 – $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
