Case Mix: Orthopedic, Pain Management, Spine, and Podiatry procedures.
Schedule: Monday through Friday only.
Responsibilities
Independently administer and manage anesthesia for various outpatient surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Monitor vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care (PACU).
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons and nursing staff in an efficient ambulatory setting.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).
National certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Strong clinical skills in managing anesthesia for outpatient ortho and spine cases.
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary (Full-Time): $280,000 – $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
Part-Time: Competitive pro-rated rates available.
