An established group near the Winter Haven, Florida area is seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their team on a full-time basis. Case Scope: Variety of cases (fully negotiable based on interest).
Schedule: Full-time; call and no-call pathways available.
Experience Level: Open to experienced CRNAs and final-year SRNAs.
Responsibilities
Provide and manage safe anesthesia care for a customizable, negotiable variety of surgical cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Monitor patient vital signs closely intraoperatively to ensure safety and comfort.
Oversee patient recovery and safe emergence within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).
Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete patient clinical documentation.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support an efficient daily workflow.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and current national certification by the NBCRNA (or exam eligibility for graduating SRNAs).
Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
Strong clinical skills and comfort working across a flexible case mix.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented professional skills.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $250,000-$320,000 (commensurate with experience and chosen call track).
