• Case Scope: Variety of cases (fully negotiable based on interest).

• Schedule: Full-time; call and no-call pathways available.

• Experience Level: Open to experienced CRNAs and final-year SRNAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage safe anesthesia care for a customizable, negotiable variety of surgical cases.

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.

• Monitor patient vital signs closely intraoperatively to ensure safety and comfort.

• Oversee patient recovery and safe emergence within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete patient clinical documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support an efficient daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and current national certification by the NBCRNA (or exam eligibility for graduating SRNAs).

• Valid and unrestricted license to practice as a CRNA in the state of Florida (or immediate eligibility for licensure).

• Strong clinical skills and comfort working across a flexible case mix.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented professional skills.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
