The facility is supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes RNs, LPNs, NPs, MDs, mental health clinicians, PMHNPs, dentistry, optometry, dialysis, physical therapy, nurse managers, discharge planners, medical assistants, phlebotomy, lab, and X-ray staff. An HSA and nursing staff provide additional operational support to maintain quality clinical care within the facility.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide primary care services Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an option for four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; part-time coverage will also be considered. Clinical responsibilities include delivering standard correctional setting care to adult patients both males and females awaiting trial and sentenced managing 1520 patients per day with no call or weekend requirements. Procedures include treatment of common illnesses such as coughs and colds, physicals, and possible suturing. Required credentials include BLS, CPR, CSR with DEA, and an active Massachusetts medical license; credentialing is expedited at approximately one week.
