Details:

• Become part of a dedicated team of 8 CRNAs at Buffalo Hospital, an award-winning community-based medical center located just outside the Twin Cities

• 1:4 MDA-to-CRNA medical direction practice model

• Highly-flexible scheduling options available, also open to part-time

• 1:8 call rotation with the flexibility to “peel off” two half days around your call shift for added balance

• Varied case mix including general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, a high-volume total joint program, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy. (Excludes neurosurgery, cardiac, and pediatric cases.)

• Work alongside exceptional surgeons in a collaborative, supportive environment

• Opportunity to teach and mentor CRNA students during their clinical rotations at the facility

Compensation/Benefits:

• Offering a competitive salary range of $300,000 to $320,000 (base + call stipend), based on experience and additional on-call or call-back hours

• Option to take on extra call shifts if desired

• Up to $80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support

• Enjoy 32-37 days off annually, +5 days CME, plus an additional 10 days through the “Caregiver Benefit” to support family-related needs
