Hospital-based CRNA

Salary & Additional Pay
•Base salary starts at $243,500 for New Graduates.
•Experienced CRNA salary is based on years of experience.
•CRNAs (in good standing) receive annual pay increases to base pay.
•Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
•Sign-On Bonus: $25,000.00, (requires a 3-year agreement).
•Student Advanced Sign-On Bonus of $1500/month up to $25,000 (requires a 3-year agreement).
•Annual Call Bonus $15,000 paid yearly.
•CRNAs are not contracted.
•No non-compete.

Time Off
•Allowed Time Off (ATO) of 288 hours per year (36, 8-hour days per year).

•Full-Time
•Minimal Call with a great work/life balance.
•Guaranteed paid post-call day off.
•Option to work only weekends.
•Creative schedules to minimize call.
•Call is from Home (no overnight stays at hospital).
•Call requirement is 30-min.
•2nd Call is rarely called in overnight.
