Description
CRNA – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Location: Alexandria, Minnesota

We are seeking a full-time CRNA to join a well-established, privately owned anesthesia group based in a hospital-setting in Alexandria, MN, located in the heart of Minnesota’s premier lake country.
This position offers a collaborative care team model with anesthesiologists, predictable schedules, and an excellent quality of life - both in and out of the OR.
Practice highlights:
- Diverse case mix: general surgery, endoscopy, spine, high-volume orthopedics, healthy pediatric ENT, gynecology, podiatry, urology
- Care team model with anesthesiologists that encourages autonomy and teamwork
- CRNAs perform their own spinals
- MD
As cover epidural call and nerve blocks
Schedule and call:
- 1 in 10 call when fully staffed
- Home call with 30 min response time
- Hours can vary, but cases are typically done before 3 pm
- Most often receive post-call day off; if you have to work post-call, you are compensated additionally
- Never on second call
- Balanced call burden with a focus on sustainability and work-life balance
- Collaborative access to vacation days for the calendar year
Compensation and benefits:
- Total compensation package: $330,000
- Malpractice insurance provided at no cost
- Health insurance provided at no cost
- 35 days of vacation

Qualifications
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- Eligibility for Minnesota APRN/CRNA licensure
- ACLS/BLS/PALS
- Team-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused
- New grads and experienced CRNA’s encouraged to apply
-W-2 only, no 1099 or locum companies
