W2 COMPENSATION @40hrs/week
(Prorated based on hours)
-Base salary of $300k
-Signing Bonus/Student Support $100k
-CME/Board Certification reimbursement $4k/year
-368 Hours of Vacation, CME, Holiday Pay
-Overtime Rate $225/hour
-Hospital On-Call Rate $250/night
-Hospital On-Call Rate/Weekend Day $1200/day
-Vacation Payout 80hrs @hourly rate
-Sick Time Accrual of up to 600 hours
-Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Malpractice
-403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity (4% match year 2)
