LOCUM TENENS OVERNIGHT TRAUMA CRNA OPPORTUNITY IN FLORIDA - OUT-OF-STATE CANDIDATES ONLY
JOB DETAILS
- Location: Florida
- Specialty: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Target
Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time coverage. OVERNIGHT ONLY. Shifts are 17:00 - 07:00 or 19:00 - 07:00, running every day. Must be flexible.
- Call/Weekends: Weekends are required. There is no off-site call, but an on-site rotation is required.
- Clinical Flow: For responses, residents respond first, CRNAs second, and the backup call doctor responds after that.
CLINICAL SCOPE:
- Practice Setting: High-functioning Comprehensive Stroke and Level 1 Trauma Center (Teaching facility).
- Facility Size: 430 beds, 15 Operating Rooms.
- Case Mix: Strictly trauma, stroke, and emergency cases on the night shift. All candidates must be 100% comfortable working high-acuity trauma.
- Required Procedural Skills: Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals, and central and arterial line placement.

REQUIREMENTS
- Residency Requirement: OUT-OF-STATE CANDIDATES ONLY.
- Experience: Dedicated trauma experience is required. Must have a clean background and malpractice history.
- Licensure: Active Florida Medical License required.
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
- Additional: Must be willing to cross-credential at a nearby sister hospital to provide coverage in case of need. Must have full-time availability.

- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days. Temporary privileges are not available.
